"As a singer and budding songwriter with no music production knowledge, recording and releasing my songs felt like a faraway dream until I met Lish. He is genuinely stoked about musical expression in all its forms, and his affirmation for mine created the kind of trust and comfort needed to do this vulnerable, somewhat scary thing. Through every stage of the process - from recording piano & vocals to adding effects, mixing, and mastering - he remained patient, chill and enthusiastic no matter how anxious or self-doubtful or neurotic I was getting. 

This is an art for Lish - he cares a lot about making the music sound as good as it possibly can, and he went above and beyond for that pursuit on my first single and EP. He struck the perfect balance between empowering me to lead and guiding me when I didn’t know what to do - like suggesting we add a bass line to one song and then creating and recording it on bass guitar on the spot. He also took the generic rain and wind sounds I had found online and replaced them with much higher-quality rain and wind sounds he had personally recorded out in nature (of which he has a huge library). 

I was also super impressed by his recording setup, deep knowledge of Logic, quick turnaround times, skillful mixing, and clear communication. Our sessions always felt fun and chill, yet focused and highly productive. 

When I listen to my final form, released EP, I feel amazed by how alive, resonant, clear, and unique it sounds. If you also have a dream of recording your own music, I highly recommend making that dream a reality ASAP and working with Lish."
